Steps for Painting a Watercolour picture.

1. Choose Your Watercolour Chart
Select the colours you’ll be using for your painting.

2. Activate the Paint
Use a wet brush to gently activate the paint blobs on your palette. Swirl the brush in the paint to lift pigment.

3. Paint the Background of your picture first. Add some paint on the penguin.

Tip: Make sure your colour is light, but your brush is not too wet when you paint. Otherwise, you will have to wait too long for it to dry.

4. Wait for the Layer to Dry
• Let the first layer dry completely before adding more colour on the background and penguin.
5. Add Stronger Colours and Details
• For the next layers of paint, mix your colours with less water so they appear bold and vibrant.
• Apply these stronger colours in selected areas, adding depth and definition.
• Use fine brushstrokes to paint lines and details, enhancing the penguin and background.
