On days you feel inspired you can choose from your visual diary chart and create what you feel like creating in the time-slot that you choose. On days you do not feel inspired and challenge yourself to create anyway, you can randomly pick from your list and see it almost as a challenge you have to do in a certain time. The end result of your Art works in a Visual diary is less important. The process of creating is what you have to focus on.
